Today’s Mandala Message: See change as an opportunity
This week I’m working through Principle #31 from Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles” entitled “Embrace Change”. I set my intention today to ponder seeing change as an opportunity.
From Canfield, we begin “…to move from panic and fear to realizing that things could indeed work out, maybe even for the better, [when we embrace] this change as an opportunity to create something new and better.”
This is usually when I connect with my Spirit Guide Team to ask them to help me see a situation differently because I know my fear(s) and/or ego will tend to limit my vision. Asking for help gives me a broader view. As I write this, I realize that I have a couple of areas right now where I could use some help in seeing the opportunities. Duly noted.
A good mindfulness practice would be to ask for help in seeing an opportunity.
So how about you? Do you tend to see change as a negative? Are you open to gaining another perspective on change? Who could you ask for help in seeing the opportunity?
