Today’s Mandala Message: Be Open to Seeking Help
This week I’m working through Principle #41 from Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles” entitled “Build a Powerful Support Team and Delegate to Them”. I set my intention today to consider seeking a dynamic number-two person to help me with my business. Canfield states: “If you’re a one-person business, start looking for a dynamic number-two person who could handle your projets, run your programs, book your sales transactions, and completely take over other tasks while you concentrate on what you do best.” He offers suggestions for businesses and stay-at-home parents but since I _am_ a one-person operation, I used that particular quote.
I would love to be in a position to have a dynamic number-two person and I know it’s mainly because of my limiting beliefs that keep me from believing it’s possible. Now that I’ve said that, I know what I need to work on: believe it’s possible that 1) I can be in a position to have a number-two person, 2) I can find the best number-two person for my me and my business, and 3) my business can grow much faster and better with a dynamic number-two person.
A good mindfulness practice would be to believe it’s possible to find the best support team for you.
So how about you? Do you have support staff to help you? Are you open to having support people to help you? Do you think you have any limiting beliefs that keep you from finding the best help for you?
