Today’s Mandala Message: Seek a Mentor
This week I’m working through Principles #44 and #45 from Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles” entitled “Find a Wing to Climb Under” and “Hire a Personal Coach” respectively. I set my intention today to ponder finding a mentor. Canfield states: “…success leaves clues. Why not take advantage of all the wisdom and experience that already exists by finding a mentor who has already been down the road you are traveling? All you have to do is ask.”
About 15 years ago I had the privilege of having an artist mentor who opened my eyes to new approaches in creating my art. Some of it I still use today. She and I would play in her studio for hours. She liked to call the art we made “Happenings” because we never knew what was going to happen. I miss her and I would love to find another mentor who can help guide me to the next level.
A good mindfulness practice would be to consider finding a mentor.
So how about you? Do you currently have a mentor? If not, would you consider one? Do you happen to know who would be a good mentor for you?
“With careful guidance

and mentorship,
you will reach
your highest self.”
Blessings,
