Today’s Mandala Message: Time to Turn it Around
This week I’m working through the last principle, Principle #64: Empower Yourself by Empowering Others of Jack Canfield’s book “The Success Principles”. I set my intention today to ponder turning resignation into empowerment. Canfield states: “So many Americans live in a state of resignation or despair. It is time to turn that around. We all have the power within us to create the life we want, the life we dream about, the life we were born to live.”
Through his 64 principles noted in his book, “The Success Principles”, which were the basis for all of this year’s mandalas of the week and mandalas of the day, Canfield has given us a way. He suggests that we use these principles to liberate our own lives and “the lives of those whom you care about most and those whose activities most impact your life.”
A year and a half ago I read the whole book for the first times, tagging pages that felt were important to me. It was late last year that it occurred to me that rather than go through the book again alone, I could share my process through his book using my blog posts and social media as my platforms.
I’m not sure how many people followed along. If you did great, I hope you found it helpful. For me, I’ve incorporated a lot of what he shared, while at the same time expanded my mandala coloring skills with digital media. I have three or four new project ideas I want to begin in 2024 and because of these principles, I feel empowered and better equipped to pursue them.
A good mindfulness practice would be to ponder what areas of your life are you ready to turn around in order to create the life you want.
So how about you? What’s one thing in your life right now that you would like to change for the better? Are you ready to feel empowered to make it happen? What’s one small step you can take today?

to dream more,
learn more,
do more,
and become more,
then you are an excellent leader.”
