“a totality of related parts”
The timing of today’s MotD fascinates me. This week is the final week of rehearsals for a play I’m in. We perform it this Saturday and Sunday. The whole process is the epitome of today’s message.
It takes a multitude of people to come together as one to produce this play: the director, the cast, the stage crew, the playwright, the props manager, the theater management, the box office, the ushers…just to name a few. And in the case of community theater, 95% of us volunteer to be here.
We each have a “part” to play in order to tell this one story. Same with life…we create a much better story when we operate as a totality of related parts.
