Attraction

“a force by which things are pulled toward each other”

The paradox of attraction is that in order to attract what you want you have to project it out there first. For instance if you want people to like you, you need to like yourself first. If you want people to value what you have to offer, you need to value it first. If you’re wanting to easily find a parking space, you need to intend that parking space; you need to see yourself pulling into that perfect parking space (it’s so cool when this happens…it does take practice and getting over the limiting belief that it won’t work…it’s a fun one to start with, though, if you’re new to the concept of how attraction works.)

If you catch yourself saying to yourself “no one’s going to want this ______”, or “it’s not good enough”, or “why would people want this?” AND THEN put it out there hoping and expecting people to want it….what do you think is going to happen? No one’s going to want it. And then you wonder: why isn’t anybody wanting it. … It’s because you’re already projecting that no one’s going to want it. (I know this paragraph is pointing directly at me—and it’s duly noted)

It’s a simple yet challenging concept. If things are not working out the way you want them to, start with taking a look at the thoughts and words you’re projecting outward.

How about you? Is attraction a core value for you?

BTW…here’s what it looked like before…

About the 2024 Mandalas of the Day

Each day I will create and post a mandala inspired by one of 366 “value” words chosen randomly. The objective being to discover for myself which ones would best represent my core values…and by doing so, I hope it inspires you to determine your own.
