“the ability to grasp the underlying nature of things and being able to draw meaningful conclusions from seemingly small or subtle details”

Being insightful takes being fully present and focused in the moment, and to pick up on the subtle energies emanating from everyone and/or everything involved…to notice the nuances taking place in and around us. And with that, being able to understand, analyze, and then come to a “meaningful conclusion”.

It’s truly an art form in and of itself. And just like any art form, practice is key…practicing such things as listening to what’s being said, and probably more importantly, listening to what’s NOT being said. Practice working with our intuition and our senses…what are we feeling emotionally, what are we sensing physically, what are we “seeing” beyond what our physical eyes are showing us.

Essentially, we’re tuning in to what IS both internally and externally in that moment. With that level of knowingness we can access the underlying nature of that moment.

As a means to that end, I make all of my mandalas available for people to color. Why should I have all the fun?
