Authenticity

“the quality of being real or true”

We are encouraged to remove the veils that block our authentic self from shining full-on brightly. It takes self-awareness, mindfulness, and being curious about revealing who we are, what we truly desire, and what do we know to be true about ourselves.

This type of thing reminds me of the movie “Runaway Bride” and the scene with the eggs.

Then, it behooves us to live the rest of our lives from our authentic place…btw, it just happens to be a life-long process. You’re welcome.

As a means to that end, I make all of my mandalas available for people to color. Why should I have all the fun?
