All of the circles give the impression of being glass orbs and have short white rays around each of the outer circles.the background is lightly outlined around the different blobs of colors.

Articulateness

“the ability to express thoughts and feelings clearly and easily”

How lovely would it be if we were all able to express our thoughts and feelings clearly and easily. Unfortunately, for most of us, our fears and limiting beliefs overshadow ability to do so. We may express one thing but internally, consciously or otherwise, we’re thinking and/or feeling something completely different. Why do we do that?

Again, it comes back to our fears and/or limiting beliefs. If we believe that no one cares about what we have to say…just how clearly would we express ourselves? If we fear being reprimanded, how clearly would we speak up? If we lack a belief in ourselves and/or what we do, how easily would we put ourselves out there in the world?

Essentially, articulateness requires a strong sense of and belief in oneself. It also requires us to be fully present and mindful in the moment so that we can more clearly and easily express our thoughts and feelings.

And that’s the truth.

How about you? Is articulateness a core value for you?

BTW…here’s what it looked like to begin with …

About the 2024 Mandalas of the Day

Each day I will create and post a mandala inspired by one of 366 “value” words chosen randomly. The objective being to discover for myself which ones would best represent my core values…and by doing so, I hope it inspires you to determine your own.
