Lesson 060: ”Review of Lessons 46-50.”
AI Reframe: Real strength, trust, and support arise from inner peace.
Suggested Practice:
Begin the day by reading the five ideas with their comments included.
For the remainder of the day, do two-minute practices as often as possible focusing on the ideas and comments that resonate for you in the particular practice session.
”After you have read the idea and the related comments, the exercises should be done with your eyes closed and when you are alone in a quiet place, if possible.”
”This is emphasized for practice periods at your stage of learning. ²It will be necessary, however, that you learn to require no special settings in which to apply what you have learned. ³You will need your learning most in situations that appear to be upsetting, rather than in those that already seem to be calm and quiet. ⁴The purpose of your learning is to enable you to bring the quiet with you, and to heal distress and turmoil.”

Message
For our final day of review, we’re reminded where our love, strength, and trust come from—and that, with that remembrance, there is nothing to fear.
God is the Love in which I forgive.
God is the strength in which I trust.
There is nothing to fear.
God’s Voice speaks to me all through the day.
I am sustained by the Love of God.
I’m not sure if today’s ideas are perfectly timed—or painfully tone-deaf, bordering on “pie in the sky.” With the escalation of atrocities around the world as I write this on March 1, 2026, this lesson challenges my ability to believe it.
Intellectually, I understand they speak truth. As I read them, I can sense how close—or how far—I am from fully living that truth.
For me, I can embrace and trust the idea that “God’s Voice speaks to me all through the day.” Holding onto that, allowing myself to listen to that Voice, gives me strength to focus on what truly matters.
And today, during a practice, I was reminded of yesterday’s post about how best to respond to the world’s atrocities from different perspectives. What resonated the most for me was the wise grandmother’s response:
“You can’t save everyone. You’ll break yourself trying. But you can save someone. And that someone can save someone else. And that’s how the world actually changes—not in big sweeps, but in small acts of stubborn love, passed from hand to hand like water in a dry land.”
This reminds me that God’s Voice can come from anywhere—and anyone. I’ve learned to recognize it by the goosebumps, the sudden gasp, the buzzy crown, the lift in my chest. It was that last one that happened when I read grandmother’s words.
It’s understandable to be fearful right now. Unless we are in immediate danger, sustained fear doesn’t protect us—it depletes us. Better for us to meet that fear, then choose again—listening for the Divine Voice within for strength, love, and guidance on how to remain peaceful, aware of the atrocities, and still committed to “saving someone.”
For me, sharing these daily posts and mandalas is my way of saving someone else—and, quietly, saving myself.
“Fear is a nothing burger.”
