My mouth is watering just looking at these beauties!
AND…we have all kinds of mandalas happening here: the plate, the design on the plate, the dollop of whipped cream, the patterned whipped cream around the edge, and of course the tarts themselves.
Next time I have the opportunity to visit Santa Barbara, I will definitely add this to my must-try desserts!
