I love when I can showcase a DIY mandala-like project. Marzi of MadeByMarzipan.com shows us (via video and written instructions) how to make these beautiful roses using coffee filters, some watercolor paint, florist tape and wire. She even provides the free PDF pattern to download/print.

What a fun project to do during the long cold winter months here in the Pacific Northwest when we start missing the bright floral colors of spring and summer.
While we would be hard-pressed to create roses the way Mother Nature does, we can at least let our creative spirit out to play as we have fun crafting them in the most delightful way. 🙂
