My South Carolina friend and photographer, Debbie, posted on facebook this great shot of a snail making its way across some cement. From this angle we see the nautilus-like spiral on its shell surface, casting its very succinct elongated round shadow.

Snails are a great reminder to pace ourselves, as we slowly and surely make our way forward through our life’s journey here on Earth.

Where in our lives are we experiencing the opposite? Let’s follow Mr. Snail’s lead…slow down.

Happy Coloring!

If you would like your mandala to be considered for the “Mandala of the Day”, read how on the Participate page. It’s easy! Or recommend one you’ve seen via my Contact page.
