This Week’s Theme: Earrings
Jewelry designer Claudia Poepsel of Villa Sorgenfrei in Berlin, Germany, made these AWESOME half-orbed sterling silver and garnet earrings. How fun would these be to wear!
About these earrings:
These unique earrings are fully made of 925 sterling silver. The half open orbs are matt brushed outside and carefully filled with floating down real garnet stones. Although the stones look as if they were loosely stacked, there is no chance they will fall out!

My self-designed jewelry is handmade by me and my team in my workshop in the heart of Berlin Mitte (Linienstrasse 71). I particularly enjoy working with natural materials, such as dried flowers, blooms, leaves and grasses. For manual labor like ours, it takes many hands: We are now a team of seven girls and two guys!
