I made some more progress on this week’s MotW, adding more gel pen details using lots of different colors. Today I mostly added dots…which are really just little mini mandalas. BTW this mandala is 8.25″ (20.96 cm) in diameter.
With each addition of details, this piece feels more galactic to me. I see galaxies within galaxies. Coloring this allows me to do some cool space traveling without requiring me to wear a space suit or having to leave my studio.
