23-053 Manageable #4

Continuing with Principle #8 from Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles” entitled “Clunk it Down”, I set my intention to ponder the idea of planning the next day the night before of which Canfield states: “If you plan your day the night before…your subconscious mind will work on these tasks all night long. It will think of creative ways to solve any problem, overcome any obstacle, and achieve your desired outcomes.

I have a regular daily to-do list of things I want to do every day: practice piano, do the MotD, practice my French lessons, do a household task, etc. Sometimes I’ll make a list of things I need to do for the next day although most times I do it that morning. With this new insight, tonight I’ll plan tomorrow’s list. I’ll also remind my subconscious of my plans as I go to sleep and allow it to do its thing overnight.

So how about you? Do you have to-do lists? Do you ever plan your day the night before? How do you manage tasks that need to be done?

“A goal without a plan
is just a wish.”
