Inventiveness

“the ability to form mental images that either are not physically present or have never been conceived or created by others”

Inventiveness is what happens when we take the time to daydream (or night dream), letting images and thoughts drift in and out of consciousness. When we set an intention to manifest a solution to a situation and then set out to daydream—without judging or preconceived notions—we essentially create a laboratory in our minds that allows the flow of energy to morph into tangible visions.

I create my art in a similar way. For instance with today’s MotD, I set the intention “to receive insight and guidance regarding today’s MotD” and proceeded to call in my Team. I know that it already exists in energetic form. By setting my intention and connecting with that energy, the idea comes to me; I can see it in some form on the paper. From there, it practically draws itself.

To up our inventiveness muscle, we are encouraged to co-create with the energy of that which wants to come into form through us. For me, it’s mostly mandala art, for you it may be a video game, or a course on flower arranging, or a song, and so on.
