This week’s MotD theme: It’s Not Easy Being Green
Nature artist and photographer, Anja, of Woodlights Woudlich created this beautiful arrangement of emeralds, verdelite (tourmaline), aquamarine, rose quartz and one lovely peony blossom. What a gorgeous color combination. I love the softness and delicateness of the peony next to the earthy, hardness of the stones. The rose quartz beautifully transitions the two extremes.
With most of her arrangements she writes a poem. For this one she eloquently wrote:
Within change
I hold onto the web of souls
a surrender beyond space and time
and within the chaos
I find myself in balance within the struggle
life is not perfect
it is divine
just as it is
and
in this acceptance
so am I

Inspiration for Today
From the aforementioned links, I found these inspiring affirmations which tie in beautifully with Anja’s awesome composition and comforting poem:
- Peony: I am happy to be my true self
- Verdelite: My heart is filled with love, peace, and harmony
- Rose Quartz: I am filled with loving compassion for myself and others
- Emerald: I focus on prosperity and the Universe provides abundance
- Aquamarine: My heart and mind are in harmony
Happy Coloring!
