New Week::New Theme: Tis the Season for Ornaments
Former art director and now full-time blogger and author, Gabrielle Blair, of DesignMom.Com, created this delightful DIY etched birch wood ornament project. What a clever idea. It makes for a very home-y decoration ala mandala design. I definitely want to do this project.
About her blog and how she started:
She had just had baby number 5, and blogging seemed like a good a way for her to connect with other women when she was up with middle of the night feedings. She started sharing daily tips and finds that she had picked up as a young mother and designer, and the blog took off.
