Today I started on the ninth sign of the Astrological Wheel: Sagittarius – The Archer.
My coloring progress for today:

1 – start with the design
2 – start adding light blue to the arrows
3 – completed the center arrows with light blue
4 – finished the light blue all around
In 2012 I created a hyperbolic tessellation mandala for each of the zodiac signs. For Sagittarius, its symbol is represented as the arrow of the archer.
Even though Sagittarius is a fire sign, I felt pulled to start coloring the arrows with light blue. At this points it’s looking more like a snowflake than an arrow. How appropriate for December.
