Today I added blue/green and golden yellow.
My coloring progress for today:
[Select an image for a larger view]
1 – start adding teal (blue/green) to alternating outer sections
2 – finished adding the teal
3 – filled in the remaining smaller outer sections with pink
4 – color in all the circles with golden yellow
5 – full view of today’s progress
I filled in the alternating sections around the outer circle with teal (blue/green). It’s a pretty complement to the pink. In looking at all the circles, I felt inspired to color them all the same color: golden yellow. I was surprised to realize that there are 565 circles in this mandala design! I know because I counted each one as I filled them in with color.
Read about the “Sign of Libra” as a Mandala of the Week.
About the Mandalas of the Day:
I post a variety of in-progress art for that day which can include mandalas from the Mandala of the Week, the Mandala of the Month, the Mandala of the Year, or the Mandala Meditation Stones.
Happy Coloring!

My Mission: connecting with our Inner Light in delightful, inspiring ways
For me, creating mandalas is more than just coloring pretty patterns in a circle. I do it because my spiritual evolution and creativity require it of me. My mandala designs come about within an active meditative state, connected with my higher self, my spiritual guides and nature spirits.
Together, we bring into form, mandala art the allows me to re-connect with my own inner peace and joy, letting me explore and expand my own creative spirit to however far and in whatever direction I want to take it.
As part of my own spiritual journey, I encourage, and hopefully inspire, others to explore their own creativity, to help them re-connect with their own inner peace and joy. As a means to that end, I make all of my mandalas available for people to color. Why should I have all the fun?
