“The greater part of our happiness— Martha Washington
or misery depends on our dispositions
and not on our circumstances.
We carry the seeds of the one
or the other about with us
in our minds wherever we go.”
“I think that any time of great pain— Debbie Ford
is a time of transformation,
a fertile time to plant new seeds.”
“Words are also seeds, and when dropped— Charles Fillmore
into the invisible spiritual substance,
they grow and bring forth after their kind.”
Today’s MotD encourages us to be picky about the seeds we plant today for they will determine the experience we have tomorrow. Put another way, however we want our tomorrow to be (either literally and/or our future in general), plant the seed (set an intention) for it today, then do what needs to be done to nurture it into fruition.
