22-267 Navigation

Today’s Mandala
Navigation

“True navigation
begins in the human heart.
It’s the most important map of all.”

— Elizabeth Kapu’uwailani Lindsey

“The best way to navigate through life is
to give up all of our controls.”

— Gerald Jampolsky

“Let’s face it, life is a constant challenge.
It’s full of unexpected detours
that no one but you can navigate.”

— Sheryl Crow

Today’s MotD reminds us that we have the power to navigate through our lives with ease and grace by tapping into our Inner Guidance System (IGS)…ie our gut, our intuition, our higher self. With an open mind and an open heart we can access insights beyond just our five senses.

Our challenge becomes incorporating a healthy balance and learning how to trust our IGS. Life coach Sharon Shores offer these 7 ways to learn how to develop your IGS (and goes into more detail in her article):

  1. Open Your Heart Space Energy (awaken your appreciation for the life you live)
  2. Learn to Be Discerning (notice the difference between our rational, thinking mind and the part of us that has a feeling about a situation)
  3. Begin to Ask (check in with yourself)
  4. Learn to Trust
  5. Cultivate and Activate (think of your intuitive self as a playmate)
  6. Get Into Nature (nature replaces the static energy of our devices)
  7. Meditate (there is connection between meditation and intuition)

Sharon further states: “By working on developing your intuition you will find yourself more centered, less stressed and more ready to tackle the challenges of the day!  AND you will find you can trust your Inner Guidance System more and more each day!
