23-064 Visualize #1

Today’s Mandala Message: One of the first steps to manifesting a goal, is taking an idea from its energy form and visualizing it as already done.

This week we look at Principle #11 from Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles” entitled “See What You Want, Get What You See. For today’s MotD I set my intention to ponder the idea of visualization as a step towards making it a reality. I was raised hearing the phrase: “I’ll believe it when I see it”. These days I’m hearing it turned around to: “I’ll see it when I believe it”. For years athletes have used visualization as part of their practice routine and then while they competing. I have tried it a few times and experienced some success with it. Now I’m realizing that I need to do it more often.

Canfield states: “When you perform any task in real life, researchers have found, your bain uses the same identical processes it would use if you were only vividly visualizing that activity. In other words, your bain sees no difference whatsoever between visualizing something and actually doing it.

So how about you? Have you tried visualizing your goal already achieved? If not, are you willing to try it? How would you visualize the completed version of your most important goal?

“I visualize things
in my mind
before I have to
do them.
It’s like having
a mental workshop.
