Today’s Mandala Message: Find Your Way Around Obstacles
This week I’m working through Principles #21 and #22 from Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles” entitled “Keep Score For Success” and “Practice Persistence”, respectively. I set my intention today to ponder moving past obstacles. Canfield offers this suggestion regarding obstacles: “Whenever you confront an obstacle or run into a roadblock, you need to stop and brainstorm three ways to get around, over, or through the block. For every obstacle, come up with three different strategies for handling the potential obstacle. … Always be solution-oriented in your thinking.”
So how about you? How do you treat obstacles? What ways have you found to work through or around them? Do you find Canfield’s suggestion helpful?
“Don’t take yourself too seriously.
— Halle Berry
Know when to laugh at yourself,
and find a way
to laugh at obstacles
that inevitably
present themselves.”
