119 – Quill Mandala

Quill Mandala - Coloring by Michelle
Quill Mandala – Coloring by Michelle

One of my favorite colorers of my mandala designs, Michelle, has done it again. With her intuitive process of choosing colors, she’s created a very power version of the Quill Mandala from my Guidance Mandala Coloring Book.

Via her facebook post, she said to me:

Maureen, I thought of you while I was doing it. And I truly kept wondering why people are so afraid to share their drawings. I’m not in the lines with many areas here (because of limited room AND plane turbulence) but I shared it anyways. And I kept choosing colours based on instincts. It felt mighty powerful.

From the facebook conversation related to this image, I also know that Michelle experienced a very cool synchronistic event when she realized after the fact that the message of the mandala (on the right) was totally in tune with what was happening at the time for her. I LOVE when that happens.

I also love when I have the opportunity to see how people color my mandalas. I enjoy seeing where people take them…usually in a totally different direction than I would take…which is great because it inspires me to broaden my ideas for future colorings. I wish more people would share. Hint. Hint. Wink. Wink.

So whether you have one of my mandala coloring books or download to color the Mandalas of the Month…please feel free to share your colorings.

Happy Coloring!

If you would like your mandala to be considered for the “Mandala of the Day”, read how on the Participate page. It’s easy! Or recommend one you’ve seen via my Contact page.
