Along with making his amazing and famous cheesecakes, raw food artisté, Stephen McCarty, also loves making rainbow sushi. I’m amazed by the care he takes in prepping his food as well as his incredible ability to turn food into a colorful works of art.

All organic and vegan, of course! Avocado, quinoa, raw hummus, beet, and carrot in a nori wrapper. Surrounded by a salad with my homemade kraut, massaged ginger lemon kale, tri-color bell pepper, and micro greens.
Here’s a case where playing/coloring with our food feels like a delightful thing to do.
