New Week::New Theme: Round Homes

Check out this unique environmentally friendly round home located in Freiburg, Germany and designed by the German architect Rolf Disch, and is his home. I love all the windows and how you can walk all the around the outside on its multi-level (spiraling) balcony.

From Wikipedia about this home:

The Heliotrope in Freiburg was the first building in the world to capture more energy than it uses, all of which is entirely renewable, emissions free and CO2 neutral. The structure physically rotates to track the sun, which allows it to harness the maximum natural sunlight and warmth possible.

Inspiration For Today

Instead of wasting energy on worries, stress and anxieties, let’s conserve our energy for much better things like peace and joy. Ways we can do this are numerous and may include: deep breathing, being present in the moment, or coloring mandalas. 🙂

Happy Coloring!

If you would want your mandala or your idea for a mandala to be considered for the “Mandala of the Day”, read about how on the Participate page. It’s easy! Or recommend one you’ve seen via my Contact page.
