Today’s Mandala
Seed
“If you think in terms of a year,
— Confuscius
plant a seed;
if in terms of ten years,
plant trees;
if in terms of 100 years,
teach the people.”
“Every adversity,
— Napoleon Hill
every failure,
every heartache
carries with it the seed
of an equal or greater benefit.”
“With every deed you are sowing a seed,
— Ella Wheeler Wilcox
though the harvest you may not see.”
Today’s MotD encourages us to be the seed that inspires others to grow and plant their own seeds. We do this by being living examples of our pursuit of what brings us joy. We do this when we help others. We do this by doing what we love. We do this by being vulnerable. We do this by falling down and getting back up. We do this without knowing which seeds will grow and which will fall by the wayside.
Just know, that when we come from the heart, we “sow” the way for others.
“The true meaning of life
— Nelson Henderson
is to plant trees,
under whose shade
you do not expect to sit.”
Blessings,
