Today’s Mandala Message: Successes are Like Puzzle Pieces
This week I’m working through Principle #26 from Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles” entitled “Acknowledge Your Positive Past”. I actually didn’t set an intention today. As I was setting up the design in Procreate, I “accidentally” touched the screen and because of whatever setting I had on at the time, it created a fascinating effect. Rather than stop, I just went with it. I played and experimented until it ended up like this.
While I didn’t set an intention, in the back of my mind I knew that one of the key components of this week’s principle is about listing our successes. Then when I sat with the completed image for its message, it came to me that by themselves, our successes (big and small) seem arbitrary. But when you put them all together (connect the dots so-to-speak), it’s like a puzzle, the pieces come together and its image becomes more clear. By listing my successes, I can see where one thing lead to another, where one success built upon another.
A good mindfulness practice would be to see the bigger picture.
So how about you? Do you see how your past successes have led you to where you are today? And why they create the momentum for the future?
“Details create the big picture.”
