Lesson 251: ”I am in need of nothing but the truth.”

Reframe: All I truly need is clarity and understanding.

Suggested Practice: 

From now on: 
Once in the morning and once in the evening for however many minutes feels sufficient. Then every hour remember/recite the idea for the day. 

Prayer For today: 
(feel free to swap out the wording to whatever resonates with you best)

“And for that peace, our Father, we give thanks. ²What we denied ourselves You have restored, and only that is what we really want.” (ACIM, W-251.2:1-2)

Message

What truth?

That I am whole and complete exactly as I am.
That I need do nothing to prove my worthiness or divinity.
That I am holy, strong, and a being of Light.
That I am one with the Divine.
That I am more than the body I temporarily inhabit.
That I am safe.
That peace, love, and joy are inherent—not earned, not bargained for.
That I am as God/Love created me.
That heaven is already mine.
That I am infinite.
That I am powerful beyond measure.
That I am loved and supported.

Knowing this gives me the energy and motivation to live fully.
Today I choose this truth and let it guide my thoughts and actions.

And the same is true for you.
