136 – Mandala Graffiti

Now here’s some graffiti that makes my heart sing! Recently, The Huffington Post featured Polish street artist, NeSpoon, and her mandala graffiti. How much prettier and lighter this space is adorned with these delightful white mandalas. The whole area feels like its singing in joyous harmony.

Sehnaz Bac takes painting rocks to a whole new level! This is just awesome…hence the title of today’s mandala: she rocks!

I really enjoy showcasing up-cycled “mandalas” and I particularly love this one. I found this image on onlighting.blogspot.com, although it seems as if they found it somewhere else. So unfortunately I can provide no additional information about it.

I follow Brazilian mandala artist, Mara Dias, on Instragram. She creates beautiful, vibrantly-colored mandalas on a regular basis and posts her progress with each one. It’s a joy to view her art.

92 – Sunday Morning Mandala

Philanthropic artist, Jeff Hanson, created this spectacular piece entitled “Sunday Morning” for CBS’s Sunday Morning show. Despite the fact that he’s legally blind, this remarkable young man paints brilliantly-colored and highly-textured paintings that “change the world one painting at a time.”

81 – Négatif Mandala

I love the mandala-like art that Arthur-Louis Ignoré creates. This one is particularly striking with the use of white for the design over black as the background.
