Willamette Valley photographer, Vicky Hollenbeck, captured this fascinating photo of reflective light and raindrops on glass. Her process of grabbing this moment in time allowed for all of the “mandalas” of light to appear…some perfectly round, others a bit more wonky. Either way…it makes for a very interesting art piece.
I really enjoy showcasing up-cycled “mandalas” and I particularly love this one. I found this image on onlighting.blogspot.com, although it seems as if they found it somewhere else. So unfortunately I can provide no additional information about it.
Australian photographer, Denis Smith, created this fascinatingly beautiful “mandala”…WITHOUT using photoshop! On his Ball of Light Flickr page, he uploaded a whole variety of balls of light that are just spectacular and mesmerizing.
