253 – Vinyl Record Mandala

Along with helping her clients, artist and licensed board-certified creative arts therapist, Sara Roizen, also creates her own amazing art. One style in particular that really caught my eye: painting mandalas on vinyl records. What a fantastic way to repurpose albums.

252 – Queen Elizabeth Mandala

Yesterday, Queen Elizabeth became the UK’s longest reigning monarch in its history…63 years and seven months. One of the many things she’s known for is her hats…she always wears them and most of them are round…mandalas; and she wears them well.

251 – Soutache Mandala

Beader extraordinaire, Christina Neit, aka Good Quill Hunting, created this exquisite piece of soutache pendant and necklace. I love all the intricate beed work around the stones and off the gold braid. What a fun piece this would be to wear.
