During our 1996 trip to Paris I remember us visiting La Basilique du Sacré Coeur de Montmartre however I somehow missed noticing the doors…to be fair it was pre-Mandala Lady days.
324 – Drum Mandala
I love this cool painted drum by Maureen Wheeler…it looks like it was done with paint pens and/or markers.
323 – Guava Mandala
What a beautiful marriage of pink and green…given to us by our lovely Mother Nature. Cut in half horizontally, we see this perfectly round circle of fruit. Interestingly, the center also offers us a five-“petal” symmetrical mandala like structure…reminds me of a wild rose…and an asymmetrical seed pattern.
322 – Crystal Labyrinth Mandala
I found this stunning crystal labyrinth image on Ivona Antalii’s facebook page. The power, beauty and grace of it makes my heart sing. How cool it must have been to be in the presence of this creation.
321 – Plant Mandalas
Today’s MotD radiates with all kinds of life, color and nature…and mostly all in varying colors and sizes of mandala…
What To Do For the 2016 MotD…
As 2015 winds down, I’m pondering if I want to change up the content format for 2016 MotD or keep it the same as 2015. What are your thoughts on this issue? I would appreciate you input via this poll.
320 – Transition Mandala
This very simple yet powerful image beautifully demonstrates for us all the transitory nature of our existence here on Earth. It came from the Yosemite National Park facebook page.
